What are we looking for?

A self starter and a can-do attitude. Someone who gets business. You need to be able to listen to the client, understand their business and be able to suggest ways that A.I. could be used within their business to save them a ton of time. Ability to use a CRM system and keep it organized taking clients right through the flow from initial discussion to close of contract. Every single business can benefit from using A.I. The digital transformation is just starting and you may have discussions with small local businesses right up to enterprise customers. We'll give you the support and tools to make this position a success. You have the freedom to run experiments and innovate and put your unique stamp on this role.

The skills you need

We're not so focused on formal education. Sure it can show some importance but we are more interested in what you have done, your attitude and how you apply yourself to different situations. We are a remote first company and have a team which has been working remotely for years. Our tech stack involves Close CRM, Slack, Integromat and Airtable. It would be great if you were familiar with these tools as you would soon become an expert using them with Content Villain.
